Dawakum is a fully owned subsidiary of Taiba Pharma Group
founded in 1986 as an independent business with focus on domestic trade
activities. It is one of the oldest business establishments in Oman.
1986 Veterinary Division were created.
1998 General Items Line were added.
2007 Consumable & Medical Diagnosis.
2015 it had become a
leading merchant house, as its expanded its trading business to include the
activities in Pharma, General Line, Veterinary and medical care.
Dawakum commercial activities include: Private Sales to
Hospitals, Chain Pharmacies, Governmental Hospitals, Ministry of Defense,
Retail Pharmacies, and Wholesalers. Representing many well-known multinational
manufacturers/suppliers & Branded Generics of various products.
Dawakum has grown to become one of the largest and most
successful trading & Distribution companies in Oman.
Today Dawakum is a household name, boasting an efficient
logistic and distribution network interlinking 3 branches in the major
governorate of Oman.
